Tamil, Indian literature do have tones of management lessons since management is as good as life lessons and wisdom our literature conveys. Literature and management is niche, a playground at an intellectual plane. Both rarely crosses unless someone is naturally inclined to both these subjects. Will follow you through. We need such gurus to keep us motivated, find life and creativity in this corporate rat race. Thank you.

I found the book well organized, easy to understand and shows the depth of Tamil literature. In a way, everybody knows about "Thirukural" but when it is presented with context like in this book, it makes it much more interesting. I am amazed by your interpretation of Bharthiyar songs, especially about dreams. Probably heard "Sindhu Nathiyan" & "Kaani Nilam vendum" song 1000 times before but never ever thought of Bharthiyar's audacity to dream big - literally a century ago. Great book and thoroughly enjoyed.

.Few aspects I liked: identifying and bringing out the core management aspects, logical structure, lucid flow and finally showing how multiple people living hundreds and thousands of years apart in disparate political, social and economic realities and speaking different languages preached the very same principles! Indeed, a "go back to basics" guide for all situations and seasons.

I read the book and it was really a wonderful experience. I really liked the Conscious, sub-conscious mind differences, and also all those citings you referred from ancient history. We have a book club in our office and I have recommended that we read your book. This includes my team in the US too and they are equally excited about reading the book together. Keep Writing!!! Waiting for your next book.

This book is something every professional must read and keep a copy. It completely relates to day-to-day problems at work and suggests as to how one should handle them. Having read this book is a huge blessing as I am clear what should I do in the rest of my professional life.

Author has done a lot of research into literature as is evident from the quotes in the book. He has done a great job to tie ancient literature to current age and provided good examples from current age. The book is easy to read, interesting and not too long so it can easily be finished.
